Thank you for your continued business and understanding while we ramped up our contact centre capacity to address record volumes that are more than double historical levels. We have increased agents on the phone by more than 75% since October and are in a strong position to answer your calls quickly.

Last week’s average contact centre wait time was 83 seconds. We will continue to hire at an accelerated pace through the summer months and are adding an option for a callback when wait times are longer than usual (coming later this spring).
